Position Description
Real Estate Manager ? Pacific Coast Commercial Real Estate is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated and energetic on-site Real Estate Manager to manage a Class ?A? Office/Medical Building in Orange County.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize and recommend Project initiatives
- Tenant/Vendor relations
- Day to day property operations
- Tenant improvement coordination and construction
- Building capital project coordination and construction
- Lease administration
- Contract administration
- Budget creation and management
- Monthly reporting
- Assist with property marketing efforts
- Negotiate Lease renewals and expansions
- Conduct and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, industry trade associations, government and public service representatives
- Perform additional job duties as requested

Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate management experience
- Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
